LUMP SUM PAYMENTS

Should you elect to make a lump sum payment towards your Lexus Purchase loan, you receive full value for your payment thanks to our simple interest method. When your payment is received, we will deduct a portion for interest earned from the date of your previous payment and apply the balance to the principal. You will reduce your financing term and realize a savings in interest cost.

LEASE YOUR LEXUS

LEASE TYPE

Lexus Financial Services offers Closed-end Leasing. When you lease a new Lexus, we estimate and guarantee the value of the vehicle at the end of your lease, based on our knowledge and experience and market conditions. You assume responsibility for maintaining the vehicle's overall condition as detailed on the lease agreement (appearance, mechanical) and staying within the agreed kilometre allowance*. Your lease payments are calculated based on the difference between the purchase price and the lease-end value. Plus, when your term is complete, you can choose to return* your Lexus or purchase it.

FULL DISCLOSURE

The Lexus lease contains full disclosure and is written in plain language. All contract details and components for payment calculation are detailed up-front so you'll understand what to expect from start to finish. PRE-PAID LEASE

The option of a Pre-Paid lease allows you to pay the total lease obligation up-front and benefit from a reduction in finance charges and the convenience of no monthly payments. Compared to a cash purchase, the Pre-Paid lease enables you to pay for only the value of the vehicle that you use during your lease term, saving you cash for other purposes.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR LEASE

The Lexus Lease is your lease. You can adjust your lease options to meet your financial and driving requirements:

  • Select a lower cost Low Kilometre lease if you drive fewer than 20,000 kilometres annually
  • Purchase additional kilometres at reduced rates at the beginning of the lease
  • Make a down payment to reduce your monthly lease payments
  • Provide multiple security deposits to receive a reduction in the interest rate used to calculate your lease

Plus, when your Lexus vehicle is leased for a registered business, you may be able to receive a tax deduction for a part or all of your leasing cost. Speak to your tax professional for details.

TRANSFERRING YOUR LFS LEASE OR FINANCE CONTRACT

Q: Can I transfer my LFS contract?

A: Yes, however the new potential lessee or owner must visit a Lexus Dealership, submit a credit application and be approved by LFS. A $400 transfer fee (plus applicable taxes) applies.
